Executive Coach, Trainer and Mental Health First Aid Instructor

Arthur is an Executive Coach who specialises in well-being, leadership, employee engagement, strategic sales performance, cultural change, career transition, training and development.  He offers a unique combination of business acumen, technical capability and out-of-the-box creativity, which results in higher engagement, resilience and overall performance.  

He is also a qualified mental health educator who conducts workshops on how to manage mental health issues in the workplace and promote awareness of how to maintain mental health and well-being in high pressured work environments.

Arthur is focused on translating evidence based research into best practices in coaching, sales performance and mental health education.  His mission is to help individuals and teams create greater meaning making and enhance well-being and performance.  He focuses on natural strengths and talents, whilst creating an optimal balance between support and tension to evoke a richer perspective for higher level decision making and personal interactions, to assist individuals to reach their goals.

He has over twenty years’ experience in senior management roles in multi-national organisations across Asia Pacific.  Through his background in Life Science, Medical Research, Sales, Marketing and Coaching, he has developed and delivered numerous workshops to diverse audiences across Asia Pacific. Arthur has led multi-functional teams and developed associates across Asia Pacific.  Working for the American based Stemgent and Asterand; he developed relationships with key technology leaders in regional academia, institutes and companies in stem cells and regenerative medicine.  At Bio-Rad he developed a sales team which enhanced performance and exceeded budget, resulting in winning the Asia Pacific Star Award.  As the Business Unit Manager in Asia Pacific for Becton Dickinson Biosciences Discovery Labware, Arthur significantly developed the business structure and had a strong record for growth, winning the prestigious BD Biosciences TRIFECTA award two years in a row. He has also volunteered with The Helmsman Project helping disadvantaged students through individual and group developmental coaching to help them flourish and reach their full potential.

Katherine is an experienced marketing, communications and bid professional. She has over 10 years experience developing and implementing marketing plans and creating marketing collateral, as well as managing bid teams and producing bids for both public and private sectors in the Asia Pacific region from  $500k to $150 million.
